I cannot say how grateful I am to Heaps for making a very stressful occasion so easy. Managed to have a laugh and even enjoyed moving house. So professional and at the same time so easy to get along with. I wouldn't have been able to do it without them many thanks.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. The whole team were so easy to deal with - from a professional quote and visit - the whole booking process was really straightforward and Kath was really helpful and friendly. The team turned up on time and were just so professional and friendly it really made the day. They were courteous and cheerful but most importantly they were real experts. They made sure all floors were protected and handled everything with real care. Nothing was too much trouble and I really could not recommend them more highly.

An excellent and clear process for getting an accurate and competitive quotation was then followed up by an efficient, respectful and personable service on the day. Excellent service from the Heaps team. Kath kept us up to date before the move date (no problem when we had to change the date!), then the moving team were brilliant on the day. Everything went like clockwork. Used them a few times before and would not go anywhere else.

Amazing service. Very efficient office staff, and really friendly. The removal chaps were really patient, and professional. A nice bunch and fun to deal with. I hadn't quite prepared for a day early of loading, but I'm so glad that we had it. On the day of moving, it was far less stressful than anticipated. We were moving elsewhere in the country and they made our move easy. All of my possessions were handled with care and nothing was too much trouble. Hi We used Heaps from a recommendation. A friend of mine had used them and remarked how good they was. So I booked these guys without getting any other quotes as she sang their praises so much. They lived upto the expectation my friend had given. Very good quickly got on with the job. Curteous and anything they wasnt sure was being moved they checked with you first. They laid carpet protector down too so as not to damage your carpets etc. We chose the option to have the wardrobes so they packed your clothes hung at home into portable wardrobes. Definitely recommend these guys for removals.

Heaps recently moved my parents up from Buckinghamshire to Halifax including a packing service. I would have no hesitation to recommend Heaps to anyone, we could not have been more pleased with the service provided, right from the contact with Office staff, through to the packing and removal service everyone we spoke to and dealt with were so friendly and kind and went out of their way to help us throughout the move. What can you say a fantastic removal company from start to finish, the lads that removed us from HD to PE22 worked to a very high standard and nothing was to much trouble, they even drove our second car down for us , I also have to say not one breakage, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Heaps Removal and Storage, well done

From asking for a quote to the actual date of removal, everything was first class. The office staff were very helpful with all the information that we needed. We moved last Thursday from Halifax to Clayton, not a million miles but it poured all day! Mark and his gang of 3 arrived bang on time and cracked on.Very courtesies and professional, not one moan about the weather. This is second time we have used Heaps and both times they have been outstanding, i would highly recommend to anyone moving near or far. Spoke to Cath in the office a few times and she is a star .

We cannot recommend this company highly enough. We used their services over a three day period when moving house from Halifax to the Lakes at the beginning of April. Marc, Jimmy, Aiden, Josh and assuming were prompt, professional, punctual, polite, hard-working and efficient at all times. Nothing was a problem for them and they weren’t fazed by any difficulties the move presented. The lads made what could have been a very stressful and traumatic experience an absolute breeze. Thank you to Heaps and team for the wonderful stress free move. We moved from a stepped terrace in Hebden Bridge (c.42 steps) to a narrow street leading to our drive in Heptonstall and they just made it work without complaining. We also had a packing service and everything was packed very well and no damages or breakages. Our beds and other furniture were disassembled and assembled quickly and very well. The team of 5 were very chatty and in good spirits, and they picked up the packing boxes promptly. Kath in the office was also great at sorting all the logistics out and explaining the breakdown of the quotes. Very experienced team in the quirks of Hebden Bridge and the surroundings, and not a complaint from them. Thanks!

Extremely friendly, helpful, professional and nothing was too much problem. The physical and legal process of moving house is stressful but I can honestly say that the least stressful was the actual move. Heaps removals were fantastic. They came to our house, assessed what was required and gave me a quote the next day. In the months leading up to the move, the ladies in the office let me have as many boxes I needed in advance. We wanted to clean our new home so they stored our furniture over the weekend. They arrived punctually on moving out day and moving in day. They dismantled the bedroom furniture and reassembled it. Mattresses were put into bags as did the couch and chairs. The clothes all went into hanging wardrobes. I have no hesitation in recommending Heaps Removals. Excellent team!!!

Friendly staff who help you out, excellent motorbike storage containers that are packed and moved by the staff who are also bikers and understand how to do it correctly.

I have used Heaps on one or two occasions for small jobs but this was a larger job that they handled with professional aplomb. Everything was handled as if it was their own and the challenging steep narrow stairs proved no obstacle. Even the fridge freezer made it to the top floor undamaged. This company is worth every penny they charge, they moved us 260 miles nothing was any trouble they were courteous and got soaked through to the skin unloading us with out any complaints. They have answers for any problems. Can't recommend them highly enough.

My Sister was putting her property into 7 storage boxes. Very easy to access the storage boxes from the main warehouse entrance.

I cannot recommend Heaps highly enough. They moved us twice in a year - the first time in deep snow, the second time going back to pick up a large dog kennel in the van after they had worked on the house move all day. Nothing is too much trouble, the guys are calm and professional at all times. The office team are also superb, working with us to accommodate our need to move at short notice. I actually delayed my move so that Heaps could move us, they are that good.
